This update gives effect to the Secretary of State’s decision to accept the TRA’s recommendation on the TRQ review of category 13 of the UK’s steel safeguard measure. The Secretary of State accepted the recommendation while having regard to the public interest. This notice is made under section 13(4) of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.
