This update is due to the Department for Business and Trade correcting their data entry in respect of measure type 123 - Non preferential tariff quota under authorised use on the following commodity codes as of 21 November 2025:
- 1701131000
- 1701141000
These changes will affect the following quota order numbers and geographical areas:
- 054317: Australia
- 054318: Brazil
- 054320: 1100 - Countries other than Member States of the European Union
As of 21 November 2025, Document Code N990 has been added to the measures for Quota Order Numbers 054317 and 054320. Footnote CO003 has also been removed from the measures for Quota Order Number 054317.
N990: EUS - Authorisation for the use of end use procedure (Column 8c, Annex A of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446)
CO003: For imports into Great Britain only.
As of 21 November 2025, Document Code Y100 will replace Document Code Y001 on the measures for Quota Order Number 054318.
Y001: Wholly obtained in Lebanon and transported directly from that country to the Community.
Y100: Special entries on the import licence AGRIM
