Corrected: Removal of “For further information, please see the List of Non-Eligible Locations”.

As of 1 September 2025, document code Y864: The proof of origin indicates that the production conferring originating status has not taken place in a location within the territories brought under Israeli administration since June 1967 will be added as a condition to claiming Israeli preference on GB imports.

Y864 will be required in addition to the existing preference document code. It is a long-standing requirement that Israeli preference cannot be claimed on goods if the production conferring originating status has taken place in a location within the territories brought under Israeli administration since June 1967.
