Update to Simplified Procedure Value:
The Simplified Procedure Value (SPV) has been updated. The update applies to the period between 25 April 2025 and 8 May 2025. For further information, please see the Simplified Procedure Value Information.
Introduction of new trade sanctions against Russia:
New legislation has been introduced to further sanction goods, technology, and sources of funding that could support Russia’s war against Ukraine.
Commodity codes will be subject to measure type 465 - Restriction on entry into free circulation measures in the following commodity code Chapters as of 24 April 2025: 28, 71.
Commodity codes will be subject to measure type 467 - Restriction on export measures in the following commodity code Chapters as of 24 April 2025: 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 44, 48, 52, 54, 55, 56, 59, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 76, 79, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 87, 90, 94, 95, 96, 98.
