Update to Countervailing duty on Biodiesel from Argentina:
The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) have recommended to vary the countervailing duty on biodiesel originating from Argentina by extending the measure for a further 5 years and excluding sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) from the scope of the measure.
These measures take effect as of 23 April 2025 and affect the following commodity codes:

Update to Erga Omnes Geographical Area Membership:
The Department for Business and Trade have updated the memberships of Geographical Area 1011– Erga Omnes.
As of 23 April, the following regions have been added to the Erga Omnes geographical area:
- French Guiana (GF)
- Guadeloupe (GP)
- Martinique (MQ)
- Monaco (MC)
- Reunion (RE)
