Update to declarations when claiming a Quota controlled through use of an RPA licence:
From 1 January 2025 it will be necessary to declare document code Y100 in addition to document code L001 when claiming a quota controlled through use of an RPA licence. The licence ID code should continue to be declared against document code L001 and the appropriate quota order number provided in DE 8/1. The document reason field against document code Y100 should be completed with ‘QUOTA’ to indicate that the licence quota is being used.
