Update to Anti-Dumping Duty on ceramic tableware originating in the People’s Republic of China:
The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) have recommended that exports of goods in scope of the anti-dumping measure on Chinese ceramic tableware and kitchenware from Linyi Hongshun Porcelain Co. Ltd (Additional Code 8A27), should be subject to a lower anti-dumping rate of 17.9%.
Measures affecting the following commodity codes will be updated as of 18 October 2024:

This update supersedes the update provided in the Stop Press notice from 7 October and is due to the Department for Business and Trade correcting their missing dataset entry in respect of document codes and footnotes for these measures.

Update to registration of imports of Biodiesel from China:
The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) have recommended a registration of imports of Biodiesel from China.

Update to Anti-Dumping Duty on ceramic tiles from the People’s Republic of China:
The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) have recommended to partially revoke, vary, and extend the measure on ceramic tiles originating in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
Measures affecting the following commodity codes will be updated as of 19 October 2024:
This update is due to the Department for Business and Trade correcting their missing dataset entry in respect of additional code 8A58 for goods excluded from these measures.
