This notice explains changes that have been made to the Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) system.
Changes to commodity codes
Delete the following code:
- 7019 3900 82
Replace with:
- 7019 3900 83 — Consigned from Turkey
- 7019 3900 84 — Other
Delete the following code:
- 7019 4000 82
Replace with:
- 7019 4000 83 — Consigned from Turkey
- 7019 4000 84 — Consigned from Turkey
Delete the following code:
- 7019 5900 82 — Consigned from Turkey
Replace with:
- 7019 5900 83 — Consigned from Turkey
- 7019 5900 84 — Consigned from Turkey
Delete the following code:
- 7019 9000 82
Replace with:
- 7019 9000 83 — Consigned from Turkey
- 7019 9000 84 — Consigned from Turkey
Chief has been updated and Tariff online will be updated shortly.
