The DCTS measure on two commodity codes was mistakenly deleted on 2 Dec. As these measures contain seasonal duty rates and were due to be removed on 31 Dec, they will not be put back in place. 0806101005 is missing the enhanced and standard DCTS preference. 0808309000 is missing the standard DCTS preference. We are monitoring to check the correct preference options will be available in 2026. |
Suggested action
On the two affected commodity codes, the MFN duty rate is the same as the standard/enhanced DCTS preference duty rate so the MFN rate can be declared in place of DCTS with no adverse effect to trade. |
