Yes, additional users can be added at a rate of £250 per additonal user per annum on top of inclusive users
No, we do not charge an Onboarding Fee. Your subscriptions price is all inclusive and onboarding is simple and fast
CAT360 is available on a monthly rolling basis. We have discount options for annual contracts, and all prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate
Reclaims & Compliance Support
Yes. CAT360 identifies reclaim opportunities, and our team can manage the reclaim process with HMRC on a contingent fee basis agreed within your contract
No, it is not a prerequisite to taking our reclaims service with CAT360. It is an optional, value-added service
No. Fees apply only if we successfully recover funds. To date we have recovered over £6 million in overpaid duty for our clients
Barbourne Brook has a team of experts on hand to assist with any customs compliance matters. This does not fall within the scope of the CAT360 contract, so the cost would need to be agreed on a case-by-case basis

CAT360 is designed with plug-and-play functionality, meaning it can be installed seamlessly without complex IT projects. It is a stand alone piece of software so no integration needed

No, currently CAT360 does not have a dedicated app that can be run on a phone, however the platform can be accessed from a phone web browser
