No, it is not a prerequisite to taking our reclaims service with CAT360. It is an optional, value-added service.

Barbourne Brook has a team of experts on hand to assist with any customs compliance matters. This does not fall within the scope of the CAT360 contract, so the cost would need to be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
