This release introduces reclaim management capabilities, improves file upload and data export workflows, and resolves a number of issues affecting authentication and dashboard reliability.

New Features

  • Reclaim Rollback –roll back reclaim data when corrections are needed.
  • Reclaims now accessible under the Import Data dropdown for streamlined navigation.
  • Data export re-introduced for dashboard widgets, with improved performance.
  • Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy content added to the platform.

Improvements

  • File upload now auto-populates supplementary commodity codes when two codes exist.
  • Imported files can now be rolled back within a single upload for easier error recovery.
  • Line Code field in Global Filters updated to support multiple entry references.
  • Global Filters are now fully visible at 100% browser zoom.
  • Multiple suppliers can now be selected in Global Filters.
  • Improved experience for expired invite links and Super Admin account management.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved file upload failures in staging and production environments.
  • Fixed an issue where MSS data files were incorrectly rejected.
  • Corrected file import processing failures that blocked data ingestion.
  • Restored the View Progress button during duplicate file uploads and made rollback accessible.
  • Improvements to password and user management.
  • Fixed a server error in the Preference Analysis widget when sorting by Consignor.

The first sprint release for the new V2 platform, focused on delivering Supplier Management, stabilising key dashboard metrics, and resolving production regressions.

New Features

  • Supplier Management –create, edit, and assign suppliers to customers.
  • Supplier Anomalies –select which anomaly type to view for focused analysis.
  • Supplier Logic engine introduced to drive anomaly detection and reporting.
  • Your company is now auto-selected on login, streamlining navigation.
  • Customer List filtered to show only enabled customers.
  • FEB TRE Report now configurable directly in the V2 platform.

Improvements

  • Duty Under Management metric now respects Global Filters.
  • Global Filters now work correctly on the Valuation view.
  • Preferential Widget –corrected Customs Duty Saved calculation for accurate savings figures.
  • Potential Savings no longer incorrectly shows “No Optimisation” for origins without a preference.
  • Trial account expiry handling improved to prevent premature expiration.
  • V1 to V2 customer migration completed.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue preventing customers from resetting their password.
  • Fixed a production regression causing customer file uploads to fail.
  • Import Files no longer get stuck on pending status.
  • FEB TRE report now accepted as a CSV file.
  • AI Descriptions loading restored after a production regression.
